Terms and Conditions of Lava Luxe

Welcome to Lava Luxe. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online platform and services, including bespoke jewelry design, ethically sourced gemstone curation, custom engagement rings, volcanic rock and geothermal-inspired collections, jewelry repair and restoration, private client consultations, and artisan workshops. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Lava Luxe's services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

• Bespoke Jewelry Design: Our bespoke design process involves close collaboration with you. Designs are conceptualized based on your specifications, and refinement stages will be communicated.
• Ethically Sourced Gemstone Curation: We pride ourselves on ethical sourcing. All gemstones are carefully selected and their origins validated to the best of our ability.
• Custom Engagement Rings: The creation of custom engagement rings follows a detailed consultation and design approval process.
• Volcanic Rock and Geothermal-Inspired Collections: These unique collections are crafted with specific materials and design aesthetics.
• Jewelry Repair and Restoration: All repair and restoration services are undertaken with utmost care. A thorough assessment and quotation will be provided before work commences. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed or apparent during initial assessment.
• Private Client Consultations: Consultations are scheduled appointments for personalized discussions regarding your jewelry needs.
• Artisan Workshops: Participation in workshops requires adherence to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our artisans.

3. Orders and Payments

• All bespoke and custom orders require a deposit before design or production commences. The specific deposit amount will be agreed upon during the consultation.
• The final balance for all purchased items or services is due upon completion or prior to delivery/collection.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed-upon price.
• Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of purchase or agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, content, and materials presented on our online platform and created through our services (unless specified otherwise for bespoke client IP) are the intellectual property of Lava Luxe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our offerings without express written permission from Lava Luxe.

5. Warranty and Returns

• Lava Luxe warranties its craftsmanship against manufacturing defects for a period that will be specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
• Due to the custom and bespoke nature of many of our products, returns or exchanges may be limited or not applicable on certain items. This will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. For standard collection items, our return policy will be provided upon request.
• All gemstones and materials are natural and may exhibit variations in color, clarity, and inclusions. Such characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lava Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
